Indonesia Frinsa Edun №3 is the only Asian coffee in our assortment — fermented in an anaerobic environment for 72 hours, which imparts vibrant tropical notes to its flavor profile.
The Producers
This coffee is processed by Wildan Mustofa and his wife, Atiek Mustikaningtias, at their wet mill on the Frinsa Estate. Their journey began back in 2010, when they launched their first coffee project in the Sindang Kereta, Weninggalih area — a venture that eventually grew into the renowned Java Frinsa Estate.
Commitment to Quality
From the very beginning, Wildan and Atiek set themselves apart with an uncompromising commitment to quality. While most Indonesian producers — even in the specialty segment — opted for wet-hulled or natural methods, they focused on producing fully washed coffees, elevating the reputation of Indonesian coffee on the global stage.
Today, their innovative fermentation methods, combined with traditional care, make Frinsa coffees some of the most distinctive and sought-after in Indonesia.
